FREE Shipping for orders over $95.00
Tri Bug is offering free ground shipments to the contiguous 48 states (excludes Hawaii and Alaska). Your order must be $95.00 or more before shipping costs or applicable taxes and cannot be combined with other coupon discounts or price matches. We use FedEx or UPS
We typically ship items immediately as they become available. We will inform you when an item is not available for immediate shipment. There is no additional shipping charge when you receive more then one shipment per order. We process orders on a first-come, first-served basis.
We ship most domestic orders via FedEx Home or Ground. The chosen shipping method for each order is dependent upon destination, package weight, and shipping charges assessed. Small or large orders generally ship FedEx. Orders shipped via FedEx will have online tracking. The minimum shipping and handling charge for any order is $5.95. Your shipping email confirmation will indicate the method of service used. Next Day Air orders shipped on Friday and 2 Day Select orders shipped on Thursday will arrive on Monday.

Notifications and Emails
After your initial online order, we will send you a confirmation email. It will include a list of the products you ordered, the address that the shipment will be sent to, and the total amount that will be charged to your credit card. You will also receive an order number that can be referenced, in case you have any questions, concerns, or you would like to request a change to your order. Send us an email at info@tribug.com You will receive a second email once your order has been shipped. This will list the status of all items ordered, date of processing, shipping method, and will include a tracking number if the package is sent UPS.
Tracking Orders
If your shipping notification email indicates your order was shipped via FedEx or UPS, you will also receive a tracking number. You can use this number on the

Tri Bug Return/Exchange Policy.
We have a very flexible return/exchange policy and we ask you to please read and follow the guidelines below to help us keep our return policy intact and provide you with the best service we can.
- Before sending us your item for return or exchange please email us at info@tribug.com and let us know the reason for return or exchange. Without prior email Tri Bug will not except any returns and the items will be shipped back to you AT YOUR EXPENSE
- Due to health concerns, Tri Bug is unable to accept any returns of nutrition, supplements or consumable food products or any perishable items.
- All items must be returned in new and unused condition with all parts, original tags, and packaging materials within 30 days of purchase.
- Clothing items must be unworn and have all tags attached.
- For health reasons, swim items cannot be returned or exchanged after being worn in the water. This includes but is not limited to wetsuits, goggles, caps and ear plugs.
- Special Order sales are final and will not be accepted for return or exchange unless defective or damaged. A Special Order is an item that Tri Bug does not actively stock or sell and specially orders from a manufacturer or distributor for a customer.
- Tri Bug will refund the actual ground shipping costs to return damaged merchandise or to return merchandise due to a mis-shipment.
- Used items will not be accepted by Tri Bug and will be shipped back to you AT YOUR EXPENSE.
- The customer is responsible for all non-defective return shipping charges unless otherwise noted.
- Upon receipt of your return, Tri Bug will notify you of the receipt via email and will work to process the return or exchange as quickly as possible. All credits will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. While credits are transmitted from our bank on the same days they are processed, your bank may take several days to assign the credit to your account. Please allow 1 - 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your statement (or check your bank's policy for exact timelines)
- Pack items along with all of their original packaging and tags in a sturdy box and seal securely.
- For your protection, return the merchandise via tracking delivery services. These include UPS, FedEx, and some US Postal services. Insure items accordingly. Tri Bug does not assume any liability on lost or mishandled returns.
